Return & Exchange policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of RECEIPT. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that items received after 15 days of receipt date will only be eligible for an exchange of the same item in a different size. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. If you decide to make a return, please fee free to contact us at tiffanystore.org.

For Returns:

 If you want to return your items, please notify us with your order number by email firstly for authorization before you send anything back. Due to the nature of our business, any returns for a full refund (less shipping and handling) will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information, for example, Royal Mail, signed for service. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order or through PayPal.
On the back of your packing slip, please note the order number and reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item.

For Exchanges:

Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Canceling Your Order:

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us at service@tiffanystore.org ASAP. Our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the order from being processed or shipped. But there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If it is stopped in time before delivery, a 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. You can return the parcel received for a refund. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer), we'll arrange a refund (original shipping charges are non-refundable) in 7 working days.
